WTD old but functional shifters, cranks

Looking for cheap old shifters, can be a bit battered as long as they are someway functional as they are just going on a turbo trainer frame. Don't really mind which brand etc...

9 or 10 speed unimportant. Derailleurs at right price considered also although I can get cheap sora 9 speed ones 30 for the pair on chainreaction. If anyone has a left tiagra 4500 by the way, I think I have a right hand one.

Cranks, any model as long as they are 170 mm.

If anyone has anything let me know.

No help Quigs, but take another look at sora shifters on CRC, They're 140 euro
a pair, not 30.

Hi, its the derailleurs that are 30!

Staro are the mirage 9 or 10 speed - what are you looking for them ?

Let me know for sure if they are nines, thanks. If you have a pic that would be good. I don't have many campy spares, I'm sure I could fudge a working "shimergo" setup together. Do you have any other campy mirage bits ?

Quigs, Yep they are 9 speed, (pics attached) I did have a rear mech (long cage) but cannot find it anywhere!
