I had my grant euroflame indoor boiler cleaned out today for the first time in about four years. Its working away but it seems noisier than before . What reason could there be for this. It was fairly dirty. Boiler is about twenty years old .

Also.. there is a slight smell of kerosene which has been there for a long time.
There are no leaks. The "gasket" on the top of the burner is cracked and broken around the edges.
What is this gasket called and where might I get one in Dublin.

    Thanks .

Ok. I've got all the above sorted out.

Now m question is what is the correct air setting on a Bentone burner.
I have set the oil pressure at 115 psi as per the book but I cant find the air pressure setting.
    Thanks

You would need to have a flue gas analyzer in order to set up the boiler correctly.
