Mechanical engineering masters course

    Hi everyone,

    I am currently finishing up my undergrad in Electrical Services and Energy Management and was looking at masters courses in DIT.
    Has anybody done the Mechanical masters in Bolton street and if so what did you think of it?.
    Im not sure if it will add to the degree I have but might set me apart when competing for positions. Any thoughts ?.

    I am doing the one in DCU, it is pretty good and has allot of options. Any questions let me know.

    I've never done it but what might be a good idea is to get information on the subjects offered. Then ask yourself do you want to have these skills on your CV? What benefit would you get from having them? Would you like to work in area that needs them?

    If you find that you aren't really too keen on the classes and couldn't see yourself wanting or needing them in your career it's prob best not to do the course.
