Two I know of and have used are elara.ie and komplett.ie. Elara are fairly dear. Komplett can be expensive too but good deals show up now and again, plus the have free delivery.
Memoryc.com take laser too and they're excellent for RAM but that's about it.

Here's a rough outline of what you could get. Komplett's sit is so damn slow at the moment that I'm not clicking on each item to compare.
Over budget, but €10 can probably be saved by getting RAM from memoryc. PSU selection isn't good on komplett, so maybe a cheaper on can be found elsewhere (note: do not buy a bad quality PSU!).
Looks like pixmania also take laser. They sometimes have good stuff but their shipping costs can be steep and the often sell rubbish.
I heard rumours that dabs take laser, but heard mixed stories. Same with amazon.co.uk. Having a maestro logo =/> accepting laser.

Threw a quick build together. To be honest, Monotype's build is the better choice - much better CPU if you're going to be overclocking - however, in the event that you're not, mine has a slightly (about 10%) more powerful graphics card.
