Nat 2 is what you want for online gaming

NAT 1 is what you want for ANYTHING, you can achieve nat1 if your router has a DMZ setting, add your computers IP to it and you should be good to go.

Except for streaming media, can't do that with nat 1.

Nat 2 gives you online gaming and streaming.

Na3 3 gives you streaming but is disasterous for online gaming.

    I stand corrected so.
It was information I was given before.

Not a chance. You are outside your network. You can stream from Youtube etc but not from your internal media.

Now, if you're on NAT1 and you can STILL stream from y our internal media, then I'd be very worried to be on your network. Are all of your computers etc on the DMZ?
