Seperated/divorced couples having sex

A few of my friends (60's) are divorced or sperated, one couple were at like rabbits when they were married, and manage it once or twice a week or when the oppertunity arises.
An other guy was married to a right bitch and he rarely got the leg over, they've been apart a few years, she regularly asks him to do little jobs for him for which he charges her with sex.
He has a sort rates he uses, i.e. light bulb= hand job, change car wheel=blow job etc..
He recently tiled her bathroom for which he got a ride each day when he was doing the work, lately she has been calling him just for the sex so he wonders why after 40 years she's suddenly mad for it
Personally I think she's just trying to get back in control.
