    Hi,

Was wondering if anybody has any experience of the above car, and would like to know what it is like for driving, reliability, and economy, how many mpg?

    Many thanks Anto

    Relative to what exactly?

OP, it would help if you gave an idea of budget, mileage and requirements from a car. Someone might be able to give you a suggestion.

ahhhhhhhhhh, would'nt be my choice the opel, the picasso are scrap in my eyes.

The hyundai will not give you bags of trouble all the same, quite reliable, but boring.

    for speed and the accelration.

I'm probably wrong but would affect the MPG too if you had to put the foot down just to get a decent speed on very small desiel engines like in the 1.2 diesel corsa.

or the 1.4 diesel estate might be too heavy for the small engine and the likes there.

they would probably make a meal out of motorway driving and probably a bit noisy too.

the matrix would be my choice from all them to be honest but would like to know what you need the car for ?

citreon just a no no in my opininon

The Corsa with the multiject engine is just fine - I can vouch for that.

The Matrix came with 2 outputs - 82bhp and 109bhp. I'd imagine the 82bhp would be pretty dead. But the torque should ensure it's not as lost as an equivalently powered petrol.

The Xsara had 90 and 110 outputs but either should be ok so long as you're not racing.

I do like the corsa myself (apart from the tiny boot) and the 1.2 diesel did sound dead but i wasn't aware of the multijet engine.

the only thing is the hyundai is reliable and solid but it looks mank both inside and out.

and the citreon doesnt sound appealing at all.
