I nominated donothoponpop, he's done an amazing amount to make this forum a better place -

• organised the Boards training tops
• organised the Boards Wicklow Way relay team
• is organising a Boards volunteer group to run an IMRA race
• organised the pacers for Dublin marathon and half marathon
• and all the work he did as a mod, which didn't always make him popular, but nevertheless had to be done

So he hasn't just made this forum work better, and worked on things that benefit boards posters, and marshalled a boards team to a podium finish, he's using boards to benefit all runners

I nominated ecoli, he's done a super job around here, without looking for any fanfare. He's helpful in coaching anyone who wants it (he'll turn up to lead key sessions!), always willing to give helpful info. There's a club/rec runner saddle that needs to be straddled on this forum, and I think ecoli does a great deal to champion and expand discussion on the athletic side of things, which has moved a lot of runners into clubs. I honestly believe he's responsible for raising the general standard all round this forum, and is quick to help posters of all abilities. And thats what this forum is all about- so for that reason deserves to be voted poster of the year.






But I sincerely hope everyone will see past that. Vote donothoponpop.:D
