    Hi Everyone,

I'm hoping someone here can help me or at least point me in the right direction.

I inherited a watch from my grandfather and I'm looking for any information on it if possible.

It's a gold watch with the brand "Climax" on the top above the hands center, below it says "21 jewels Automatic"

Along the bottom of the face, either side of the 6 it has "T Swiss" and "Made T".

On the watch back it says in a circle:
Swiss made - Stainless steel back - Waterproof - incabloc - antimagnetic

It also has 1242008 in the center

It's band is a gold Fixo-Flex and has the following engrsved on it:
    Made in Western Germany
    3/3
    RolledGold
    Plaque or Lamine
Stainless steel Back - fonds acier inox
    D.PAT. 896575
    Pat. 697592 GB
    Aust. Pat. 153378
It also has a Trade Mark stamped in a couple of places with the above,it looks like RTW or RW!

Now I know what most of this stuff above is from googling it but I can't find any info on the brand "Climax" as you can appreciate typing a combination of "Climax" and "Watch" into google produces mainly porn sites :D

    So guys, any ideas,

    Thanking you all in advance,

    Aoshea

Have a look at this link

It gives very basic info on the brand, listing the manufacturer as MILEX ELEM Watch Co Ltd Bienne, Switzerland. Bit more digging might get you more info.
