Which doctor?

    Hi,

I am relatively new to Ireland and am not sure which doctor to go to. I know you generally have to go to your GP for transferals. However, I know that I can go directly to a gynecologist for swaps. Now I have a gynecological problem unrelated to swaps, so can I also go directly for this problem too or do I need a transferal from my GP?

    Thanks!

As we cannot advise you on how specific gynaecologists operate, your best bet would be calling the gynaecologist you wish to attend and asking them if they require a referral for the procedure you have in mind.

    All the best.
