    Hi all,

    Looking into buying a new second hand car and looking for a bit of advice.

    Thinking of buying a 2010 Opel Astra. Any feedback on the reliability of the 2010 model? A friend of mine had a 2008 Astra and had a lot of trouble with it. I had an Astra before and it was a fantastic car.

    I drive about 10k miles a year. Would you recommend going for the Petrol version over the diesel? I don't drive to work so just drive around the Dublin area at the weekend and the occasional trip down the country.

    Also - do you think i'd be better off waiting till February or March to buy - would you get better deals when people start buying new cars in the new year.
