Looking for the name of Classical tune on 80's tv adverts

Hi all
I am wondering if anyone remembers an advert for Kleenex (I think definetely a box of tissues) in the 80's. A liitle boy rang in his granny's front door to find her chopping onins and crying and he handed her the box of tissues to dry her eyes. Kind of had an italian feel to it the way I remember it as a 7 or 8 year old. There was a classical tune playing on this advert. Name that tune if anyone can. Thanks a million.
