First Registration With PRA

We have voluntarily applied to the PRA for first registration of our property
(I know the sheer insanity of it but I had a few years to spare and was doing little else, so depsite the wild pleadings of my legal advice we went ahead anyway).
Finally, the notices have gone out to the neighbours; these include our version of the boundaries - all clearly marked on the right maps by the properly certifiied professional - and I was just wondering what kind of grief I am now likely to encounter.

Im already anticipating reply problems; they appear to have six weeks to respond but I am suspicious of this time frame as so little property business I have experienced is ever completed that quickly. So my first concern is the time frame; the longer they have the more their tawdry hopes and little schemes will be encouraged.

They are, of course, all smiles to my face...

Why did you ignore the legal advice if you knew you were going to ship all sorts of grief?

    Slot

Did you contact your nieghbours before your lodged your application?

You express a poor opinion of them on a public board? Not a good idea

the neighbours - which include some family - were apparently okay with the map - it was, however, presented to them some years ago
and this links to the biggest problem that the solicitors were concerned about - they had so many open and long-running applications with the PRA that they almost turned down the business on the basis that our expectations of the bureaucracratic process were always going to be frustrated, leading to more pain in their necks
like alot of things registration seems like a good idea, then comes the practice
