Starting a running club

Hi All, I am being entrusted with the task of beginning a running club for my workplace. Sport is an important part of our business and we want to encourage adjacent businesses to join us; and anyone else from the area who cares to join.

It has to be accessible to everyone and I want to keep it fun, rather than overly serious. I do a bit of running myself but have never been involved with a club before so any advice you may have for me would be greatly appreciated.

If you mean setting up a formal running (as in athletics) club you have two options- BHAA or AAI.

If you are just looking at a meet and train type group then maybe contact your local athletics club who can provide advice/coaching etc.
