Proposed system of attachment orders by Herr Shatter

    Brilliant move by the government in introducing the attachment order method of collecting fines.
    At one swoop they they have left the martyrdom seeking lefties spinning in the wind.
    Richard Boyd Barrett, on the Nine O'Clock News this evening, looked like Don Quixote after his charger had been sent to the knackers yard.

    It will possible also cut out the ridiculous waste of public money caused by having people sit in prison at 1000 euro a week because they failed to pay, say, a television licence.
    This method should also be introduced to ensure that swinging fines for anti social behavior also come come from dole or wages.
