Upstairs central heating air locked ??

Basically the rads upstairs are stone cold and the heating doesnt heat the water in the tank anymore , but the heating downstairs is working fine ... Does the whole system need to be bleed ??

Sounds like a dry expansion tank, check your ballvalve.
