    Just seen lidl are selling tins of afternoon tea biscuits for 7.99 , they sell @ 11.99 in most shops including the large supermarkets, never seen them this cheap before.

    They were €8 in Dunnes yesterday. And the even nicer USA biscuits were €6.

    Don't blindly believe bigger packs are cheaper. These afternoon tea are still €8 per kilo, most chocolates like roses are cheaper at the moment, per kilo. Years ago it was rare to see chocolates cheaper than chocolate biscuits.

    I see mikados in tesco are €10 for the 750g box, ALL other packets are cheaper per kilo, even the tiny 125g pack, 3x250g packs only cost €5.76 for the same 750g.

    These big packs usually get eaten quicker, and have to be used up faster as they will go stale.

    Yeah they are selling Roses and Quality street tins in Dunnes Newbridge for 4.50, how times have changed.

    They have

    And Elite Tins for 6.99

    Afternoon tea/ USA 6.00€

    TBA Afternoon Tea and USA are crap since Crawford’s Biscuits in the UK start manufacturing them
