TV Tuner

    I'm buying a new laptop before the new VAT increases. I have the option of adding a TV tuner. Specifically, it is the one available with the Dell XPS 17.

    Is it worthwhile buying one, with the introduction of SaorView, and broadband?

    Any advice is greatly appreciated.

    Just wondering - is the above TV tuner suitabe for the Irish market? Specifically, is it compatible with the MP4 system that Saorview is using?

    Yes it will work on saoirview got mine the other day and it works fine.

    Got one of these as a Christmas present. Works fine, but needs connection to a decent (domestic roof-top) aerial. Anyone know where I can get an adaptor to go to normal co-axial cable?
