timing belt on vectra

hi all looking for some help bought a 07 vectra c 1.9cdti 120bhp going to do the timing belt and water pump haven't taken any covers off to investigate but do i need a tool to lock cam and fuel pump on this model or am i right in thinking ecu looks after pump timing as common rail so doesnt need to b locked with cam thanks…
