    expenses implyed they spent their money on behalf of their employers , so the tax was already paid in their wages.....well it was supposed to have been...

    Simple enough question.

    No and if they live more than 12 miles from Kildare St they are entitled to €140 a night expenses without having to hand in a receipt every time they turn up for work.

    So you can see how it easy it is for them to lose touch with the ordinary punter and bring in a tax that's "only €2 a week". :rolleyes:
