Hi all, just changed over my home phone to UPC, however the BT Graphite cordless phones are not working, is there any solution to this? Another phone i have is working so there is no problem with the Line.

    Thanks
    Niall

No dial tone? or is it not ringing?

If it's not ringing, you might need to buy a BT to Eircom adaptor that contains a capacitor, these look like this:

If there's no dial tone, did you connect it with the same cord as you had it connected to the eircom line?

Sometimes, BT phones have weird non-standard wiring in the line cord, so you can't just swap it for any line cord, you have to use the original BT cord and an adaptor, even though a standard RJ11 plug will fit into the phone. It's daft, but that's BT for ya!
