what nuns wear mostly white with a splash of pale blue

    Idle curiosity really. Really young nun in easons just now. We get a few in at work but they usually wear navy with a little white in the head piece which I think is from one of the larger orders left in Ireland.
    Something about the style struck me as eastern, are there Orthodox nuns?

    Lots of Catholic nuns where pale blue.

    Orthodox nuns wear only black and I doubt you would see any in Ireland as there is no female orthodox convent here.
