BTEA Payment not gone through

    Hey, I'd really appreciate some advice on this -

    Been on BTEA since October, it's been going into my account on Thursdays without hassle. This week though it hasn't gone through yesterday or today. I have a friend on BTEA as well and his went in grand.

    I suppose the best thing to do would be to visit the Welfare Office on Monday and see what has happened. Can anybody think of any reason(s) why this would happen other than some sort of error going through?

    I'm attending the course full-time and doing grand so it's nothing to do with me going off it or anything.

    When they sent you the letter to get stamped by the college it could well of gotten lost in the great buerocracy that is the social welfare office. That is assuming you recieved the letter off them.

    Was in the local welfare office today. Was told my BTEA has been suspended for some reason and I have to talk to the supervisor tomorrow morning when they're in.

    Wracking my brains trying to figure out why. I'm hoping this is quite easy to reverse from being suspended as Xmas has me smashed for money!
