Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi Folks,

I have a 3d surface generated from 1m contours however, the site infrastructure was drawn in 2D and thus has no z co-ordinates.

Is there a way to drape the roads and other infrastructure onto the surface so that I can establish elevations at certain points?

    Thanks,

Set up your Surface, insert 2D drawing.

On the modify tab, go to edit levels. Hover over icons: levels from surface, click. A dialog box appears, pick your surface, OK.
Command Bar: Mulitiple/ Partial. Multiple lines follow surface. Partial vertices are control levels. Pick lines etc. Enter.

id points, they should be to surface levels
