Tracking a stolen Tom Tom Go Live 1005

My Tom Tom Go Live 1005 was stolen yesterday from my car in the UK. It has the live services enabled so is sending data on it's location (when switched on) back to the Tom Tom severs to support the live traffic services. Is there a way for Tom Tom to pass on the location of the device to the police ?
