    Christopher Hitchens, supporter of the second Iraq invasion amongst other things, is dead.

    Rest in ???
    I don't know where.

    I don't think Hitchens would want to rest in peace. If there is an afterlife (doubtful), he'd probably want to dive into a battle of words (without the bullsh1t), like he did in life.

    Great speaker. His support for causes such as Palestine and Cyprus stood out.

    I read Hitch-22 during the year and found it to be one of the most engaging memoirs I've read. He'd have been a great man to go for a pint with, no doubt.
