plumbers wiring!

    How do plumbers get away with wiring everthing in flex,not even h/r flex,and their own idea of colour coding plus attrocious terminations,even for SEI grant work,which is supposedly inspected.Most of them are doing pretty good out of grant work at the mo, should we have chosen a different trade?
