Hi, anyone else have problems with ryanairs online booking lately? first time ive used it and it keeps telling my the info i've entered is incorrect

Checked it countless times, tried copy and pasting form their email to me, tied different browsers and even different machines and even had others double check what i was doing so all my info is correct. Its extremely frustrating and i cant ring em till the morning.

Double check the address you are entering. Sometimes it needs information in all the fields - my address is short so I put in the County twice.
And it can insist on a postal code as well - I normally just use 0000

Thanks, but all its asking me for at the moment it my booking id, my email address, departing and arriving airports. And the airports are from a list so they're definitely right too.

Are you booking a flight, or are you checking in?
