    Hey guys

    I have downloaded a new game and when i launched the game my screen went black and a grey floating box came on screes it says input not supported

    my monitor is an acer widescreen model v203h

    i have played world of warcraft - team fortress 2 - garys mod - left 4 dead and other games on this pc with no monitor issues,but this new star wars the old replublic game makes the monitor not work it seems..

    the refresh rate is set to 60hz and the resolution is at 1366 x 768

    i did get a new pc about 4 months ago with windows 7 but my monitor has worked from day 1 on this pc with no issues,.its just today when i start to launch star wars game its giving me this message.. i currently use 2 monitors at same time so i can use my other monitor to exit out of the game and then the black screen disapears and the monitor works again

    anyone know wat the hell is goin on and how i can fix this issue

    You can also try this...

    There is also a file you can modify:

    for 64-bit OS: C:\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\BioWare\Star Wars - The Old Republic\swtor\retailclient\client_defaults.ini
    for 32-bit OS: C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\BioWare\Star Wars - The Old Republic\swtor\retailclient\client_defaults.ini

    You can open it in notepad or any other text editor and it will look like:

    [Renderer]
    Width=1152
    Height=864
    WindowX=-1
    WindowY=-1
    FullScreen=true
    doShadows=true
    [Repository]
    BaseResourceFileName=..\..\Assets\swtor_
    You can set your default screen resolution there and save the file. change width = to 1366 and change height = to 768 and save changes. if that does not work try width = 1280 and height = 768

    Did you get this issue resolved? I just bought the game and am having the same issue. Different monitor but I get a blue screen with floating "Not Support!" text no matter what resolution I try.

    EDIT:
    Fixed it with this:

    http://www.darthhater.com/devtracker/topic/37367-day-4-w-monitor-message-input-not-supported

    Sucks being forced to play in Windowed mode though.
