so the moon first, then mars...

where will our cosmic journey take us next...some say Io, Callisto, Europa or Titan....which is the most credible.

When the Sun starts getting bigger and hotter, those worlds you mention will certainly become more hospitable

If we would just stop throwing money down the black hole that is the banking system, we might do something useful like proper space travel and all that goes with it.

Until then, i'm sorry to say, we are going nowhere.

Plenty of time before that happens :)

Unless there is a game changing technical innovation, the main issue will be addressing the cost of such travel. One scifi novel solution was to have sponsored colonisation - in that case by national geographic.

What happens if we discover life on one os these bodies in this solar system or the next?

    Do we continue or abort

What would happen if we travelled to a new solar system and discovered
primtive but intelligent life nad we really need the planet for resoucres and living space.

    Conquer or abort?
