Opera mini requesting super user permissions

browsing the web last night and I randomly get the above pop up, but I can't find any solid info online about it. Anyone know anything about it or experience it from opera mini or another browser? what would a browser do with root access anyway? unfortunately can't remember the site I was on, but I think it was EAs BF3…
