Best time to ring Sky tech support

    Anyone know whats the best time to ring Sky tech support. Rang this evening about a problem that I posted here earlier around 6.30pm. 1st time put on hold for about 12 minutes with no music or nothing could even have been cut off. 2nd time call answered then was cut off 3rd time explaining my problem to the foreign sounding lady with broken English(could be Indian) was trying to draw blood from a stone. The call ended when she wanted me to reboot the box and I told her I had done so I said I would ring back tomorrow so she said she would that note on my account. The only problem was she hadn't asked me for any account details and when I asked her how she knew who I was and that she hadn't taken any details she hung up.
    There was a time when you rang sky you got speaking to someone in Derry or Scotland who understood your problem

    Rang about 20 minutes ago ,took all of 5 minutes .
