What is the current situation of Irish Life's share market?

It seems to me that Irish Life's share is doing so poor. According to ISEQ, Irish stock market, Irish Life has €3.00c. Would it possibly affect PTSB in any factors? However, I suppose that I have no experience about the difference between share and banking system. I think every bank would depend on stock market if they are successful to get bigger profitability from stock market. I remember that the 2008 bank crisis was painful and fragile, maybe because of lack of any financial regulations and possible greed. I remember that Irish Life's share had €20 or 25 before the 2008 collapse.
