Suzuki Cultus bad engine noise (video)

Hey,
Just after coming off the M50 there was suddenly a fairly loud grinding noise from the engine. I pulled over, and it seemed to continue if any gear was engaged or if it was in neutral - when the clutch was pressed in the noise stops.

After a while it seemed to go altogether, so I decided to drive it the extra 10 mins home.

Today I made the below video, in the hopes someone hear could diagnose the probem

Where I have the camera pointing for the first 15 seconds or so is where the noise seems to be the loudest.

At 30 second mark I rest the camera down to push in the clutch to show the difference in noises, which is at 40 sec, then clutch off at 45 sec, back down at 50 sec etc.

Any ideas would be much appreciated!

Release bearing maybe?

Any ideas how many km would be safe to drive this on? I want to bring it to the mechanic, just worried about doing loads more damage to it on the way.

Its impossible to say how long it will last, if the noise only appeared suddenly then I wouldn't be leaving it long.

gearbox off job ... suggest change not only clutch bearing, but also clutch .... it is hard to say, is that gearbox or just bearing. check oil level in gearbox. must be in manual how to do it.
