Florida Games

    We are going to Florida at the beginning of April and would love to go to a game. Will the season still be on and any idea where we could get tickets?

    There'll be no NFL or college football games that time of year. Beyond that level, I really couldn't tell you. High school football is finishing up at the moment too.

    Baseball season will be just kicking off if you fancy that? Miami are moving into a new stadium and Tanpa Bay are always good too. If you're in Orlando or elsewhere you should be able to find a minor league game to watch

    We will be in orlando. My son watches all the American sports so thought a night at a game would be a change - hotdogs, beer and foam fingers! :D

    If its hot dogs and beer you're after, then baseball's your only man! Pity you're not there in March. Arizona and Florida are the bases for all teams in march so there's loads of games to see

    Basketball should be in full swing too, Orlando and Miami are generally top tier playoff teams(mind you, if Howard leaves Orlando they may be in trouble) and are worth going to take a look at. Everyone hates Miami but they do have a class team and you'd get tickets pretty handy

    Orlando magic (NBA) will be playing in April.

    The Orlando Predators is an indoor-football league similar to the NFL. Very exciting as they play on a smaller field so a lot of points are scored

    The Atlanta Braves (MLB) play their last two spring training games in Orlando at Walt Disney World on April 1st & 2nd, before starting the regular season.
