iphone 4 - wont connect to itunes, cant read music on iphone :(

    Started with this error


    Error: "iTunes cannot read the contents of the iPhone."

    TRied all the deleting and resyncing options with no luck, as per this page and others http://modmyi.com/forums/general-iphone-chat/300561-error-itunes-cannot-read-contents-iphone.html
    No itunes just sits there and wont authorise my iphone :(

    Im so upset - going on hols tomorrow and need my iphone
    Thinking about reflashing 4.3.3 if thats even possible :(

    Anyone?

    Not possible to go back to 4.3.3
    If you dont mind loosing the contents of your phone you could
    1.Power off phone.
    2.Hold in home button while plugging in usb cable, continue to hold home button till usb cable and iTunes logo appear on screen.

    Just downloaded the 4.3.3 ipsw and im in the process of restoring it to my iphone.
    Really dont know what happened today... nothing was installed and it wasnt even plugged into my pc!
    Hope it never happens again!

    Ok so my attempt at restoring to 4.3.3using the ipsw failed :(
    Anyone any idea's.
    Tried holding home button too but all that happened was the white apple showed up for ages, then the phone just rebooted to its un'synchable self :(

    Id really love to get this sorted by tomorrow evening! Thanks for your help!!
