    My boyfriend is 23, no proper qualifications, he wants to get an apprenticeship. Does anyone know how to go about getting one? He said he's willing to do anythign at this stage.

    Not impossible but not easy to get with the way things have gone, he could try some of the bigger company's like the ESB, Eircom, try getting into the army/navy and get a trade there, other than that he could try smaller company's but doubtfull there will be much going
