Parking fine not showing up online?

Got my first parking fine today, parked on a double yellow line to collect a perscription 5-10 mins max. Unknown to me I was blocking a lorry turning into an entrance, really think they could have made the turn but I hold my hands up and I was totally in the wrong. Anyways I went on the e-payment on my council tax office…

Got my first parking fine today, parked on a double yellow line to collect a perscription 5-10 mins max. Unknown to me I was blocking a lorry turning into an entrance, really think they could have made the turn but I hold my hands up and I was totally in the wrong.

Anyways I went on the e-payment on my council tax office website and entered the details but it didn't show up. How long does it take to show up on the website, or has there been a mistake? I planned on going into the office first thing tomorrow to pay it but it isn't showing up on the website?

The last time I got one I was told it normally takes a day to show up online, so try again tomorrow.

FYI, if you move to a 'smart' meter electricity plan, you CAN'T move back to a non-smart plan.
You don't have to take a 'smart' meter if you don't want one, opt-out is available.
Buy drinks in 3L or bigger plastic bottles or glass bottles or cartons to avoid the DRS fee.
