Littlewoods - Cancelling Order

    Bought a few things off of littlewoods yesterday but realised I made a mistake afterwards so I used this form to cancel the 1 item.

    Recieved an email with this in it today:
    To enable us to resolve your enquiry would you please provide the following information;

    · Your full name
    · Your account number
    · Your date of birth
    · The email address you have registered on your account
    · Confirmation that you are the account holder

    How the hell can I confirm I'm the account holder by email :confused:
    Hopefully they send out my other items now.

    Just confirm that you are the account holder. It's a stupid question, but just say yes.

    I could be that they are looking for some sort of proof, but that's quite a ridiculous thing to ask you to respond to in an email. If they were, they should have clarified what and how.
