An interesting and fairly balanced interview with an economist at MIT about what are good books about inequality in pay in societies.

Definitely some books on there that I want to read. There's a good first section to the interview where he talks about the difference between economists' views and the layman's view of inequality and how he (and most other economists) fit somewhere in between.

This is real interesting, thanks. Alas, none of the books are available online for free

Few good books less than 100 years old are free unfortunately.
