    Nice race today. lovely conditions. very well organised. THere was a decent crowd at this too with some seriously fast runners up the sharp end.

    THe course was quite fast so id say some good times were set. THe results arnt up yet ill post them when they are. Thanks to all involved in this for the friendly atmosphere and ease of entry etc.. The goody bag consisted of a bananna an orange a can of 7up and a nutrigrain bar. I think this is one of the most straight forward practical bags ive gotten. no rubbish at all.

    overall, a great run out.
