Ebuyer-Google Checkout and trying to get €900 refunded

    Guys just looking for advice for a friend, about 2-3 weeks ago he ordered parts for a pc project from ebuyer and used google checkout to pay, the order went through and payment was made now he didn't know that Ebuyer don't ship to ireland anymore and they would refund the monies via google checkout now the monies have not gone back on his credit card after two weeks he rang ebuyer today and they said it was processed through their side and he needs to take the issue up with Google checkout, problem is there is no google checkout call centre he has tried emailing them without success, just wondering what he should do next?

    Contact the bank and ask for a charge back.
