    Hi guys,

    Just checking up on some direct debits and a little puzzled with the "goings on".

    I'm logging in but it's showing what looks like 2 different account numbers, both seem to be for my home address.

    Can one of yourselves explain this for me ?

    I can investigate this for you. Can you please send a group PM to myself and Electric Ireland: Una, with the following account details:
    • Account number
    • Name and address on the account
    • Phone number and DOB
    • And please confirm you are the account holder
