    I think it's Leaving Cert grade. My friend is looking to apply to Maynooth. I can't figure it out...

    Actually I think it means an Ordinary Level B3 or Higher Level D3...

    Be grateful if anyone could confirm this.

    Oh right!!! I thought you read it as part of a maths problem!! Yea, it surely means Ordinary level -B3 minimum/Higher level D2 Minimum.
