Venison Burgers... what mincer??

    Hi lads and lassies,

    I'm looking for a mincer to mincer those off cuts of venison ... what do ye guys use??

    I bought one in Lidl few years ago, hasnt let me down yet, think it was about €60 :rolleyes:

    Got mine on done deal for about 30. Geepas is the brand. Great yoke.

    Tip. If your putting some pork fat through the mince, get your butcher to mince it as it clogs up the mincer prity bad.

    Argos do a good electric mincer. Also, cast iron hand mincers can be had on ebay for cheap enough. Nice to have a backup.
