I have two devices on a standalone P.C..one device gets its time from the PC clock ..The other device can either have the time manually submiited (uses the PC time) or it has a section for NTP..i.e IP address of..
My question is not having any network access can I supply the IP address of the PC and somehow get that pc clock to be the NTP source. Is there any sofware to do this?
    Thank you kindly!

It may be possible, Have a read of this:
    http://support.microsoft.com/kb/816042
It applies to a server 2008 but should work in Vista/7

I should have said the pc is Xp ...thanks though interesting read....think I need one of these yokes..or a low cost version..I was only familar with the com port clocks but I see this is easily done with the right device..thanks for the help my question wasn't brilliantly phrased given what I know now.
