Cream Cheese in Christmas Stuffing?

I have used this recipe a few times to stuff turkey breasts.

I love it and am wondering would it be fine to stuff a full turkey with it? Could that be too long in the oven for cream cheese? Would the inside of the turkey be too hot?

The stuffing is cream cheese, bread crumbs, apple, cranberries, mixed nuts and a drop of juice to help it stick together.

It's always come out really well with an hour in the oven at about 200 degrees in a turkey breast wrapped in bacon (also wrapped in foil for the first half an hour)

Has anyone used cream cheese in their stuffing? Does it survive the full turkey-cooking time? lol
