hi all, quick question

Ive been receiving JSA (as an adult dependent) since Feb 2011, but it was backdated (not sure how far back, but we applied since July 2010). Im currently doing a full time course and receiving BTEA.

my questions are:
1. will i be eligible for CE Scheme as soon as i finish my course in may/june? hopefully ill get a full time job but i cant be picky.

2. say i am eligible and take a CE Scheme job for 19.5 hrs a week, can I take up other part time employment? will that affect my CE Scheme rates?

3. while im on a CE Scheme job, and my partner isnt working, does that make me a participant with an adult dependent? (bear in mind, he was claiming JSA for both of us and i was the adult dependent).

4. sorry, not related to ce scheme, but when i finish course and have to sign back on JSA, can i start claiming for myself or do i have to go back being an adult dependent?

if you get on a ce scheme you should apply for ur partner as dependant, ie: his payment would stop and you would get it along with urs into bank acc.
also if u get part time work along with ce scheme it will not effect the amount of money u get from ce, but u might have to look at the tax u would be paying in any 2nd job.
