insulate attic space of a dormer

would insulating the attic space i.e (from the collars to the ridge board)be beneficial .I have between the collars done ,so i was thinking is it necessary .There is only the storage tank and household junk up there.Also there is a staire ladder going up to it,there is a rubber type seal around it but is there anything…
