Used car off the road for 6 months - what to check

    I'm looking at a 2007 diesel car, lowish miles 35K

    It drives really well, and everything checks out - full main dealer service history etc.

    Its been been off the road more or less for the last 3-4 months.

    I'm a bit concerned with the newer fussy diesels that this might cause some problems with rust, fluids or whatever.

    Other than getting a mechanic to check out the car what else should I be check in particular.
